Summary

The Cybersecurity Assessment and Authorization Lead is responsible for the deliverables, managing project artifacts, and managing staff and performance. This position must be able to provide technical direction, interpretation and alternatives for cybersecurity controls, requirements, and processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years related cybersecurity work experience
  • Direct experience with providing expert support, analysis and research in DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements
  • Direct experience with latest Army RMF requirement and processes.
  • Direct experience with NETCOM eMASS tool and able to support the program with the ISSO / ISSE functions.
  • Must possess CISSP certification
  • Must hold an active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies
  • Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles
  • Knowledge of national and international laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity
  • Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk)
  • Knowledge of specific operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses
