Core service areas for CGS include. Information Technology Consulting & Integration Services, Centers of Excellence (CoE's),Document/Image Management & Processing, and Service Desk/Help Desk Support Services.

The GIS Developer has expertise in designing and building GIS solutions with software like QGIS, ArcGIS etc. Understanding client requirements and translating into deliverable products like shapes and boundaries in a GIS solution Familiarity with importing pre-existing GIS data into different databases like Oracle, MySQL, Postgres etc. and using this data in applications Working with multiple teams, including client, to coordinate requirement gathering, understanding of existing applications and usage of GIS in the larger enterprise. Experience in general Asset Management practices and the transit industry would be helpful, but not required.


  • Support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies.
  • Improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands.
  • Apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of GIS development experience

  • P3 Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
  • P3 ESRI ArcGIS (Geographic Information System)
  • P3 Infrastructure Architecture & Design
  • P3 Infrastructure Planning
  • P3 Intelligent Infrastructure
  • P3 Performance Measurement Analysis and Improvement
