Cayuse Federal Services (CFS) provides innovative and flexible solutions to federal government clients, emphasizing cost-effective excellence. The Systems Administrator shall also implement tasks related to modernization and migration of ANC Call Center systems and related databases to an approved Government Cloud Computing environment. Any implementation or enhancements shall be developed from existing efforts. Implementation or enhancements shall include requirements gathering, storyboarding of requirements, initial testing, government review, testing, acceptance and implementation in the ANC cloud production environment. All functionality shall perform and function without error, provide a high degree of availability, usability and innovative solutions to achieve the desired results.

Review the existing system migration plan detailing the tasks and milestones to migrate from the JSP Remedy instance to an integrated web/cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Requirements:

* Must have at least 5-7 years' experience.

* Possess demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365/Azure, MS-SQL, Remedy Case Management System (Legacy), ACD (Interactive Intelligence)

*Must have training and experience in using cArmy Enterprise common services, data services, and all DoD Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA) components when developing, migrating to and hosting Army systems/applications in the commercial cloud, specifically Incident Level 5 (IL5) environments.
