Cayuse Federal Services (CFS) provides innovative and flexible solutions to federal government clients, emphasizing cost-effective excellence. Core service areas for CFS include Environmental Services Investigation and Remediation, Munitions Response/Unexploded Ordnance (UXO), Operations Support Services Bases, Ranges, Airfields, and Logistics/Warehouse Management.

The Program Manager shall identify and provide support services coordinated with Government personnel to transfer knowledge and total system support requirements as they are identified. During the transition period, the contractor shall convene weekly status meetings to maintain effective communication with Government personnel.

The Program Manager shall ensure that its employees have obtained required certifications during transition. Certifications are required for desktop access, system access and for elevated privileges on systems. The contractor shall ensure that its employees have submitted the required security clearance documentation correctly the first time so that the Government can issue the appropriate clearance credentials prior to beginning transition activities


* Must have at least 5-7 years' experience.

* Possess demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365/Azure, MS-SQL, Remedy Case Management System (Legacy), ACD (Interactive Intelligence)

*Demonstrated knowledge, skill and experience correctly identifying IT requirements including emerging requirements, IT/HR products and opportunities and issues associated with custom/COTS developed IT products and solutions; experience with DoD/Army IT program initiatives, objectives and mission requirements associated with DoD standard architectures, personnel systems and workflow management processes.

*PMP Certification
