Cayuse Government Services (CGS) is committed to excellence by providing innovative and flexible solutions to State, Municipal and Tribal government clients. CGS also provides mission-critical technology delivery as a shared service in our Oregon Technology Delivery Center, which also provides support to CGS' Federal Government clients. Core service areas for CGS include Information Technology Consulting & Integration Services, Centers of Excellence (CoE's), Document/Image Management & Processing, and Service Desk/Help Desk (L1, L2, L3, Deskside) Support Services.


SUMMARY:

We are deploying an enterprise software called Infor EAM, an Enterprise Asset Management system for an enterprise organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver high-quality training to audiences using a variety of media types.
  • Provide course and learner feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain the highest level of expertise in the area of specialty and interact with subject matter experts in new course development.
  • Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment and outcomes,
    including classroom, courseware/curriculum, and instructor readiness.
  • Prepare internal faculty members to conduct sessions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience delivering training as part of a software implementation.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in general Asset Management practices and the transit industry would be helpful, but not required.
  • Learning and New Skilling
  • Complex Program Delivery
