Have you been seeking a position that you can learn and grow in?

Are you looking for a Monday through Friday office position?

Are you interested in the medical field but aren't sure where to start?

The Patient Services Representative (PSR) float pool is made up of 3 individuals who float between offices to fill in gaps where there is a need. These individuals work off of a schedule that is created from the input of the Practice Managers and Coordinators but is subject to change due to staffing changes that may arise. You could be asked to work anywhere between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM (with opportunities to collect overtime in the evenings and on weekends). This is a great way to see how the different offices operate and to see if there is one that you would like to settle into after 6 months (if there is an opening in that particular practice). Many PSRs who have started in the Float Pool end up going to a permanent office or home office (as we like to call it), but we also have some that just like to stay floating!
