Community Access Services is looking to hire a part-time RN Medical Manager to support individuals who experience intellectual disabilities living in 24-hour residential care programs.

This nursing position earns a competitive wage of $38.46 - $40.86/hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN RN MEDICAL MANAGER

As the RN Medical Manager, you are an essential part of our team and have a vital role in addressing the medical, dental, physical, and occupational needs of our residents. You are a natural leader and excel in efficiently delegating nursing tasks to the team, while also developing and updating assessments, care plans, and protocols as needed.

Not only do you ensure that all services are properly implemented, but you also develop and participate in an ongoing training program for the staff. Collaborating closely with the Program Supervisor and Area Director, you make sure that appropriate medical operations of the program are in compliance with state regulations and agency policies. At the end of the day, you feel proud of the impactful work you've accomplished in making a difference for the individuals we serve!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN RN MEDICAL MANAGER

  • Have a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oregon
  • Be in good standing with the Oregon Board of Nursing
  • Have 2+ years of experience as an RN. Work experience as a DSP may be considered in lieu of nursing experience
  • Collaborate well with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals

WORK SCHEDULE
