Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) is seeking an Education Manager in our Early Childhood Program. The Education Manager is responsible for the planning, organization and management of the educational component and provides strategies to education staff in the areas of Early Childhood Development and Curriculum. Monitors and ensures the management and compliance of all Early Childhood Development Services including child development and education, curriculum, and transition services as specified in the Head Start performance standards and regulations. Responsible for the supervision of Education/UPK Coordinators and EHS/Home Based Coordinator and providing technical support for all staff.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in early childhood education or related field with 1-3 years supervisory experience and experience working in a program with parents and children.

This is a full-time position, 11-month exempt position, 40 hrs/wk for 45 wks/year, with a pay rate of $2,002.40 bi-weekly.
