CAP is seeking a Case Manager in our Seneca County Program. The Case Manager offers families and individuals assistance in problem solving and in applying for a variety of services and programs.
Associate's degree in Human Services with 1-3 years experience is required; Bachelors' degree preferred. Must have reliable transportation and a valid NYS driver's license.
This is a part-time position scheduled 20-29 hrs/week. The pay rate is $15.45/hr.
