The Client Relations Specialist (CRS) will support and assist in developing and maintaining client relations. This position uses independent judgement, resolves issues and provides solutions that promote a remarkable customer service experience.
Essential functions include:
Administrative:
Serve as principal administrative contact and liaison with BMG team members and external contacts
Develop, implement and administer departmental office systems and procedures
Interpret and communicate policies and processes
Provide a high-level administrative support by periodically providing research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence participating in meetings and following up to various client requests
You may also train other administrative staff and provide administrative direction
Client Relations:
Interact with Client accounts, build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Organize records of reviews, correspondence, and results
Assist clients with a variety of functions, including completing proper paperwork, follow up to client requests, as well as suggesting ways a client can improve their ROI
High standards of professionalism, ensuring that all communication is clear and thorough
Efficiently self-manage workload, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Be a strong problem solver, identify root cause and solutions while increasing customer satisfaction
Create and maintain reports and interpret the analytics for departmental duties
Document and create notes to ensure meeting quality and compliance standards
Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service
Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff
Other duties assigned; not limited to, assisting with receptionist duties, customer service and ad hoc projects.
Seeking candidates that have exceptional customer focus, attention to detail, verbal/written communication skills and is a team player. Qualified candidate will have related customer service experience, knowledge of personal finance products, organized, analytical experience and aptitude as well as proficiency in Microsoft products.
