The Accountant will perform complex clerical, bookkeeping, and accounting assignments and prepare financial reports to track the organizations assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities while ensuring all financial records and statements are in line with laws, regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Position is also responsible in resolving any discrepancies or irregularities they find in records, statements, or documented transactions.

We're looking for an Accountant who has:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Proficiency utilizing financial systems and reporting packages
- Proficiency with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Good organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to maintain confidentiality
