About the Head of Services Position

Our Services Department is responsible for advising our prospects and customers on their preconstruction strategies, guiding them through the implementation of our products, and driving full product adoption and utilization, leading to maximum customer value. By building strong relationships, planning, and executing a successful implementation plan, and proactively supporting the customer as they utilize our products in a production environment, the Services Department has developed an amazing reputation for delivering world class customer experiences.

As the Head of the Services Department your role will be to:

  • Lead, mentor and grow world-class services teams
  • Ensure that every customer of Beck Technology derives maximum value from our products
  • Optimize the customer experience by mapping and continuously improving the customer journey across planning, implementation, and production use of our products
  • Develop processes and frameworks to improve the quality and value of the delivery of our work
  • Represent the voice of the customer and promote a customer-centric mindset within Beck Technology
  • Constantly seek ways to measure and gain customer insights into ways we can improve the quality of our delivery
  • Partner closely with other Departments to establish relationships with prospective and existing customers and achieve shared customer and company objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships leading to happy and successful customers

This position is based in Dallas, TX. We have a hybrid work environment and support flexible and full-time remote team members.

    • Have a working knowledge of our products
    • Establish and communicate departmental metrics and status updates regularly
    • Inspire the confidence in your team that you can lead them and keep morale high
  • Within 3 months:
    • Have ownership of the strategic plans for the services department
    • Have ownership of the department's processes and results
