BEAT THE BOMB is the next generation of immersive group entertainment where customers step into real-life video games. We use an innovative digital, interactive game system to reimagine the intersection of technology and human social connection. In our classic Mission experience, teams wearing hazmat suits go through a series of interactive game rooms, including a laser maze, before facing the World's Largest Paint Bomb! Our original Brooklyn location opened in 2018. We now have a 2nd location in Atlanta with a 3rd opening soon in Washington D.C. ABOUT THE ATLANTA LOCATION

Located in Atlanta's rapidly growing Upper Westside neighborhood, this is our 2nd location and opened in October 2022. The 10,000+ square foot location offers our classic Mission experiences with glass-walled bomb rooms; 4 immersive arcade lounges ('Game Bays'); street food and a full selection of beer, wine, cocktails & signature slushies @ The Bomb Bar; a beer garden with sports viewing; and several dedicated private event spaces for large groups. Beat The Bomb Atlanta is already emerging as one of the highest rated experiences in Atlanta with over 1,700 5-star reviews on Google.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

A Game Runner will assist in creating a one-of-a-kind experience for both Beat The Bomb's guests and fellow team members. Beat The Bomb Game Runners must be adaptable, working as a coach and tour guide of the BEAT THE BOMB experience.

• Front of House (FOH) Focus:
  • Always make guests feel welcome, and excited to be at Beat The Bomb
  • Ensure all game rooms are prepped, tested and ready for gameplay.
  • Assist Managers with customer check-in as needed
  • Make sure customers are properly set up for the game in a timely manner
  • Make sure all customer areas are presentable and clean
    • Game Rooms
    • Bathroom
    • Party Room
  • Pictures! Always offer to help capture the moment with customers whenever you can
  • Head on a swivel! Downtime in your area? Always ask, "where else can I help?"

• Back of House (BOH) Focus:
  • Ensure Bomb Rooms are set up to start the day and prior to each team's entry into the bomb room
  • Maintain a safe environment and facilitate a safe experience for our customers and fellow team members - everyone appreciates feeling taken care of!
  • Engage and have fun, then engage again and have more fun...with our customers!
  • Pictures! Always offer to help capture the moment with customers whenever you can
  • Assist Front of house team members with getting teams set up
    • Assist teams with suits, onboarding, and waivers
    • Start a team in the game if needed
