We are looking for an experienced team member to join us in the role of EDI Enrollment Specialist. The role is an analytical position primarily involves the testing, implementing, and maintaining of EDI transactions with our trading partners. The focus of this position is on the business side of these transactions.
· Manage implementation of new and existing client transitions to electronic enrollment connection. Ensure all projects are progressing according to timelines, targets and expectations. |
· Correspond and communicate with brokers, clients, trading partners and Development Team to resolve any outstanding issues with the EDI process. |
· Support the Eligibility Department with regard to transitions to electronic enrollment connection and the ongoing EDI process. |
· Prepare and maintain documentation that defines operational procedures, describes client requirements, and shares relevant analysis outcomes with internal and external stake holders. |
· Use access to data and personal observation for potential problem identification and resolution. |
· Maintaining accurate member and group records by monitoring daily the enrollment loads. |
· Initiate and implement new methodologies to support the organization's long term, strategic goals. |
Experience and Education:
Education:
Required - High School Diploma or above
Preferred - BA in technology or any facet of business
Experience (Years of Experience/Skills/Abilities):
Required - 2+ years in technical production or applications support role in a health plan or related environment. ANSI 834 file experience, Microsoft Office.
Preferred - 2+ years project management
