As we expand our Account Management team, we are looking to add new team members in the role of Junior Account Manager. The Junior Account Manager is a career development role for individuals who are interested in becoming account managers after several years in this role. This person will be responsible for backing up account managers, working on PowerPoint presentations, running reports, assisting account managers with certain functions, and managing the client database along with projects designated by the department heads. While advanced industry/BAS experience isn't required, this individual must possess the collaboration and client service skills required to excel as an account manager.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Advanced experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Analytical ability required for running and reviewing reports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent judgment
  • Advanced organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments/projects at once

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 plus years' experience in a role requiring preparation of presentations
  • Advanced organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments/projects at once
  • Prior healthcare or self-funded experience¬†
  • Prior Claims Processing or Implementation experience is a plus.
