SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to help manage and participate in our company's advertising campaigns. Your main responsibilities include managing the social media for nurse recruitment and hospital lead generation, conducting market research, producing promotional materials, organizing events, trade shows, dinners, and analyzing sales data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to analyze customers' behavior (e.g., purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
• Implement successful marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update tracking systems for online marketing activities.
• Identify and analyze competitors.
• Experienced case study writer and power point creation.
• Graphic design skills are a must to produce promotional materials for clients and social media.
• Maintain Social Media Platforms.
• Organize promotional activities for new products/services.
• Prepare (monthly, quarterly, and annual) forecasts.
• Organize the detail of executing Trade Shows/events successfully.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or similar role
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
• Orchestrated/organized and delivered successful events
• Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
• Knowledge with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
