As AHS's Fleet coordinator you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company's fleet of vehicles. You will report to the Facilities Manager to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained. This will be accomplished by maintaining the Enterprise Fleet Management dashboard for our vehicle fleet.
Day in the Life:
- Schedule regular maintenance appointments.
- Assist departments to coordinate emergency repairs, regular maintenance, and coordinating appointments with third party vendors.
- Coordinate with third party vendors to arrange maintenance and repair services for vehicles.
- Develop and create new policies and procedures that will establish AHS standards.
- Maintain a fleet inventory spreadsheet of all vehicles owned by the company.
- Work with our accounting team to ensure that all company vehicles are insured, AZDOT vehicle registration and emissions testing.
- Able to multi-task, manage time, and communicate effectively.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education / Certifications / Licenses:
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be 21 years of age
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Language - Able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Mathematical - Basic
Technical - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and able to learn other software programs as necessary.
Basic knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance are required. Ability to work outside and be on feet 5-6 hours daily. Regular attendance, punctuality and access to reliable transportation are required.
