Avalon Consulting Group a full-service fundraising consulting agency is looking for a dependable, adaptable, and service-focused Technology Support Specialist to ensure the efficient and consistent operation of our office and facilities.

In this role, you will manage and ensure the continuity of resources including technology, telecommunication, and office equipment. You'll provide trouble-shooting support and serve as Avalon's "superuser" for Teams, Zoom, MS Office, Monday.com, Azure, Nextcloud and other office software. You'll also provide administrative support to our executive team including drafting and proofreading correspondence and confidential documents, meeting coordination and scheduling, in addition to providing support to Human Resources and other departments as needed.

What We Need:

To be an ideal fit for us, you should have previous experience providing technology and administrative support in a professional, office environment. You must also have expert knowledge, demonstrated through experience, of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, network technology and business software programs. Expertise using Teams, Zoom, Monday.com, Azure, Nextcloud and other office software is highly preferred.
