As a new Production Program Manager with Avalon Consulting Group a full-service fundraising consulting agency you'll manage the production process for direct marketing fundraising campaigns from initial concept development to final execution. You'll be responsible for maintaining communications with all suppliers and coordinating all aspects of the direct mail production process, while keeping projects on time and within budget.

What We Need:

You will be an ideal fit for us if you have at least three (3) years of experience managing production in the direct mail industry including bidding, scheduling, and mailshop experience. While prior agency or non-profit fundraising work would be value-added experience for this role, it is not a requirement. You must also be a "rock star" in using Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
