We are looking for an innovative Senior Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategic and creative marketing and sales campaigns that establish a compelling aesthetic and create emotionally engaging communications with consumers and other external stakeholders and developing, maintaining, and evolving the visual aesthetic of the brand across multiple creative executions including print, web, and social media, social impact, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop successful marketing and sales campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Design and execute key branding and sales initiatives, which include working on both strategic and tactical elements
  • Provide quality control over all concepts and projects leaving the Creative Department
  • Create, manage and monitor all campaign budgets to ensure all marketing and sales goals are met and exceeded
  • Manage creative team to maximize the talents of every individual, set expectations, ensure accountability; and ensure clarity of priority, quality of output and time management to uphold agreed upon deadlines
  • Train, evaluate, and monitor employee goals and performance
  • Plan and manage the company's social media and advertising strategies
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team on visuals for digital content, advertisements and any other deliverables for campaigns and create graphics on an as needed basis
  • Collect, analyze and interpret data in order to adjust marketing and sales strategies as needed
  • Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
  • Prepare accurate reports on a marketing and sales campaign's overall performance
  • Attain project milestones as scheduled and present final materials on-time
  • Identify any tools or systems that are best suitable to accomplish project objectives
  • Ensure monthly forecasting is provided and coordinated with production team
  • Develop sales strategies in-line with marketing campaigns and analyze sales data to reinforce and supplement marketing goals
  • Analyze CRM and pipeline data to identify and develop opportunities for business growth
  • Manage marketing calendar, aligned with overarching marketing strategy
  • Research new marketing and sales strategies, tools, and methodologies to stay current on industry trends
  • Research market trends and recommend product strategies
  • Develop, maintain and update comprehensive project files and documentation like course uploads, instructions, charts, logging and tracking etc
  • Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the overall business strategy and that concepts must meet the business objectives of the organization that advance our brand and product strategies

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, marketing, communications or a related field AND 10-15 years of experience in designing and executing high performing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong hands-on experience and understanding of the tactics and best-practices for performance marketing channels including paid search, paid social, retargeting, and more
  • Ability to optimize marketing campaigns to drive performance based on the key success metrics
  • Comfort with presenting strategies and findings in both verbal and written communications
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and influence across company levels
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines, budget and high expectations from management
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time frames, while still maintaining effectiveness
  • Effective rapport-building and relationship management skills
  • Resourceful, innovative and creative
  • A strong level of emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills: Verbal, Written, Proof-Reading

DESIRED EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

  • Experience with Email Management systems such Klaviyo, Active Campaign or Convert Kit
