ATN HR Consulting LLC is looking for a skilled Talent Recruiter to join our growing firm on a part-time basis! ATN HR Consulting LLC is a full-service HR Consulting firm based in the Atlanta metro area. Our team of HR professionals combine their expertise and passion for business infrastructure and Human Resources in order to help small businesses that are experiencing rapid growth, build scalable and sustainable operations by leveraging their human capital.

As a Talent Recruiter, you will be an essential part of the process that drives our business forward.

In this role, you will work closely with the firm's CEO and Principal Consultant to source, attract, and interview prospective employees to find the perfect match for our clients' long-term business goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting role, detailed orientated, extremely organized, tech savvy and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Essential Job Duties Include:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting notes and reports internally and externally
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Required Skills & Education:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
  • An Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or a related field
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work and communicate with a team in an online collaboration platform.
  • Ability to work on several initiatives simultaneously within compressed time frames, while still maintaining effectiveness
  • Must have proficient computer and technical skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and work proactively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
  • Effective rapport-building and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, innovative and creative
  • Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and problem solving skills
  • Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
