Circle of Greatness Academy is looking for a hands-on, high impact Director of Sales, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships business leader with a successful track record of driving profitable growth and executing strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring the company has the capability to leverage the core business competencies, executing the strategic vision, and developing and exploiting new growth opportunities.


  • Work with assigned partners to engage in proactive sales opportunity generation
  • Act as a strategic thought leader, advisor, and partner to the business segment and broader leadership team
  • Devise and implement the company's sales strategy and set revenue targets and key performance indicators for the company
  • Build, develop, and manage a sales team to maximize the brand Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage key strategic partnerships to drive growth - relationships that enhance our products
  • Provide an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions
  • Understand and communicate Circle of Grace Academy's value proposition to potential partners
  • Define and prioritize channel program elements through constant interface with senior management and sales management


  • BA/MA degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of sales and marketing experience
  • Must possess strong presentation skills, sales skills, and be a polished communicator who can enable, train, manage and mentor others
  • Experience in creating, identifying, evaluating, and building differentiated relationships with strategic partners
  • Ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the organization and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
  • Metrics driven, solutions-oriented and financially savvy, with the ability to synthesize data into cohesive and executable plans
