A Day in the Life of a Bilingual Customer Assistance Representative
No need to drive to work, no matter the weather you're already there! At the start of your shift, you log in, make sure your system is connected, check your emails, and then be ready to start taking calls. You will get calls about everything from short basic service dispatches to longer, more complex situations that will need all of your problem-solving abilities.
You will focus on one customer at a time, listen as they describe their situation, then use your strong customer service skills and empathy to build trust and keep your customer calm. You will document all necessary details to ensure efficient service with minimal delays. You'll have access to a network of service providers, online resource knowledge bank, our customized suite of technology and an experienced team ready to support you in the comfort of your home.
There is a lot to learn and always something to do, you have to give it time. It's OK if you don't know everything! If you need help, just ask, someone will know the answer. On breaks you can go outside, let the dog out, or just relax.
