As a full-time Work from Home Bilingual Customer Assistance Representative, you will work with our incredible Roadside Assistance team to dispatch roadside services in a quick and efficient manner to our members who are in difficult and stressful situations. They could be stuck on a busy highway, in the middle of an intersection, or alone in an empty parking lot late at night. With empathy, reassurance and a sense of urgency, you will make sure they're safe, determine their exact location, and quickly dispatch an authorized service provider to help. To them, your calm soothing voice and can-do attitude make all the difference, and their gratitude is your reward.

For this fast-paced supportive team atmosphere, we hire people who like to help people, and they enjoy helping each other too! You'll need to be able to work varying shifts in our 24/7 operation. Bilingual (French/English) associates are paid an additional premium of $2.50 per hour.

We need you to have a high school diploma, strong communication soft skills and computer literacy with at least 6 months of customer service experience. In addition to a passion for helping people, you will need problem solving abilities, a great work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. An aptitude for navigating a mapping apps and previous call centre experience would be considered an asset.

Work from Home associates need to have, a quiet home office space, high speed internet, a dedicated feature-free landline, and the ability to hardwire your internet modem to the equipment we supply.
