Working from your home office, you will build strong business relationships with managers and employees alike by providing guidance in the administration of HR policies and procedures. You will help generate information in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures ensuring predetermined timelines as outlined in the HR Process manual are met 100% of the time. You will always ensure the accuracy of Human Resource databases and records. Administer company benefits program in accordance with company policy, benefits carrier administrative processes and contractual requirements. In this crucial role, superior organizational and professional communication skills are vital.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, Canada, your positive attitude and strong work ethic will shine as you work effectively under tight deadlines. Your proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint and Teams will maximize your special skills as you deliver quality accurate work.


What do you bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management with a CHRP designation is an asset
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems is an asset
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English and French is a must
