As a Work from Home Bilingual Registered Nurse for Tele-Care, you'll provide caring, focused patient interactions over the phone by tele-triaging conditions such as headaches, chest pain, injuries, mental health issues and more! Using our reliable clinical solution software, you will assess your patient's symptoms, document each case, and offer appropriate health care advice while adhering to specific protocols to ensure patient safety. Your calm soothing voice, and practical advice will give your patients the confidence they need to care for themselves and their loved ones.

In this fast-paced, supportive team atmosphere, we hire committed nurses who like to help people, and they enjoy helping each other too! Our 6-week in-depth, part-time training is a combination of virtual classes, self-directed learning, and on-the-job training. You'll need to be able to work varying shifts in our 24/7 operation. As a full-time associate you can choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week. Part-time RNs can choose to work three 8-hour shifts or four 8-hour shifts per week. Bilingual French and English associates are paid an additional premium of $2.50 per hour.

We need you to have a degree or diploma in Nursing with at least 1 year of post-registration clinical experience, preferably in acute care. In addition to your passion for helping patients, you'll also need strong communication, triage and critical thinking skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work and study independently with minimal supervision. Previous call centre experience is considered an asset.

Work from Home associates need to have, a quiet home office space, high speed internet, a dedicated feature-free landline, and the ability to hardwire your internet modem to the equipment we supply.
