Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to all manufacturing activities and communicate with other departments/ suppliers/ peers to solve technical issues (local and overseas).
2. Ability to complete RMA PCBA troubleshooting.
3. Plan manpower to cater for the manufacturing need.
4. Develop ideas to improve manufacturing output and yield.
5. Failure analysis and problem solving of Manufacturing's rejects.
6. Technology and product transfer to ensure team has the updated knowledge.
7. Responsible for On Time delivery.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Electronic/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering.
2. More than 5 years' experience in manufacturing environment.
3. Exposure to Manufacturing Environment for equipment build.
4. Knowledge in electronic component, PCBA schematic and board level troubleshooting.
5. Familiar with electronic boxes & controllers
6. Understand engineering Electronic/ Electrical drawing, schematic diagram & Gerber files.
7. Understand and familiar with LEAN Manufacturing concept.
8. Knowledge of PLC Control will be a plus.
9. Able to travel overseas occasionally.
10. Hardworking and a team player.
