An ideal candidate is hardworking, does not back away from challenges, and should have the desire to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve Development department goals. A growth mindset is essential to your success! Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are needed in this role, and we value skills like social tactfulness, discretion and the ability to maintain composure in high pressure situations. An understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and Tessitura or a similar donor database is helpful, but not required.
