Christ the King Catholic School, on the north side of Indianapolis, is looking to hire a 2nd grade homeroom teacher to join our nationally recognized 2022 Blue Ribbon School. They would be responsible for teaching math, language arts, reading, and religion to their homeroom, as well as science to both 2nd grade homerooms. They would also assist in preparing their class to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion.

Candidates should be ready to embrace the role of being a protector of their students by setting a good example and creating a classroom environment that helps to deepen their students' faith.

The candidate will also be responsible for collaborative lesson planning, creating a positive classroom environment, maintaining communication with parents, and being an active contributor in our school community.

A bachelor's degree in education is required.
