St. Bartholomew is a K-8 Catholic School in Columbus, IN where students grow daily in their faith, academics, and service to others. We are conducting a search for a K-8 Spanish educator. The ideal candidate will engage students in a rigorous curriculum, practice current pedagogy, differentiate instruction, possess strong classroom management skills, and be able to communicate well with colleagues, parents and other stakeholders. St. Bs has an established Spanish program that includes weekly K through 6th grade classes and daily 7th and 8th grade classes in which students earn high school credit. This role also includes leading the school in Spanish traditions including Día de los Muertos, La Posadas, Our Lady of Guadalupe. A valid Indiana teaching license is a requirement.
