PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and implement a robust enrollment marketing strategy to grow and sustain all school campuses at near capacity
  • Build relationships with community leaders and organizations to promote partnerships and volunteerism

POSITION CONTENT

  • Build relationships with neighborhood centers/organizations in each school area
  • Create and distribute marketing materials
  • Engage schools' staff in enrollment marketing
  • Manage prospect database and follow-up
  • Contribute engaging content for websites
  • Assist school Principals with social media presence, content, and reach
  • Help plan school events to inform and energize current families and to attract new families
  • Perform other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Skills, knowledge, and abilities

  • Evidenced project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm
  • Familiar with and connected across a wide range of community organizations
  • Excellent organization skills Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Flexible work schedule required, including occasional evening events
  • Office hours at central office
  • Seasonally heavy workload January-June
  • Frequent travel among four (4) school campuses required
  • Significant meeting facilitation and/or participation
