About the Job:

We are looking for career-minded candidates who have the ability to work effectively with others and love adding value to the Company while developing the experience and skills needed for career advancement | In this key position, you will be responsible for supporting the CEO in a variety of critical areas: Play a key role in acquiring new commercial properties | Forming new and maintaining current legal entities | Interface with external attorneys | Interface with investors | Negotiate a variety of vendor contracts | Set up and track DBAs | Manage contracts database | Daily interactions with the senior leadership team | Coordinate CEO's communications and calendar | Ensure special projects and initiatives stay on track

Job Requirements:

A sense of energy, passion, honesty, and personal responsibility | Sharp eye for detail - Accuracy is essential for a job well done |High aptitude for prioritizing and juggling multiple time-sensitive projects while working independently | Impeccable communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation | At least two to three years of experience supporting senior executives in a legal or commercial real estate environment preferred | Experience with property acquisition(s) strongly preferred | Bachelor's Degree in a legal field or communications preferred | Proficiency in Microsoft Office required | Persistence, organization, and commitment to a task well done | Must be within commuting distance to the Orlando office
