Position Summary

Seasonal maintenance laborers are responsible for the assisting with maintenance on various types of stationary and mobile equipment and completing labor-intense projects as assigned. The maintenance staff work closely with every department at AGC and therefore the ability to communicate effectively and work well others is required. In addition to job-specific tasks, maintenance laborers must also:

• Properly manage time through efficient planning and prioritization.
• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to remain efficient despite distractions or diversions.
• Contribute team projects in any capacity necessary to ensure the department's success.

Required Qualifications:

• MSHA certification or the ability to obtain once hired.
• Valid driver's license.
