We are looking for a superstar Lead - Sheet Metal Fabricator who enjoys a dynamic work environment at our headquarters in Santa Rosa, California.

Your Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

We are seeking a diligent Sheet Metal Fabricator to lead our Sheet Metal Department. In this role, you will schedule work through the department, set-up machines to cut, punch and form metal, ensure layouts are accurate, and keep the department on track to meet our Production and Customer needs. Knowledge and use of AutoCAD is necessary to be successful in this position.

Position Requirements:

• Good ability to communicate with crew and management
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Auto-Cad, G-Code, CNC Punch Press and Sheet Metal Fabrication.
• A willingness to work overtime if needed
