Outerland is looking for someone to join our team of landscape construction crews! In this role, you would be hands-on at high-end properties building a variety of outdoor projects, from kitchens to pathways!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work closely with Foreman and crew in installation of landscape construction projects.
• Operates a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, saws, skid loaders, and other tools required for hardscape.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
• Always represent Outerland's best interest, maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferred. Outerland will train the right candidate.

• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Time management skills

• Ability to work effectively with individuals of different backgrounds, knowledge, and skill levels
