As a Head Start Paraprofessional, you play a vital role in the education and development of children. Passionate about helping children grow, you provide teachers with reliable collaboration for assistance with the children, paperwork, lesson plans, or tracking. You set up the classroom daily. Leveraging your exceptional organizational skills, you keep school classrooms cleaned and arranged with essential materials for various learning activities. You ensure the playground, classroom, and bus safety of children and staff. Additionally, you assist with school field trips and keep the students safe and engaged.

Your teacher assistant role is critical as you support our company's focus to prevent child abuse and neglect. You work with both children and parents to develop skills for success in the various areas of their lives. During parent meetings with the teacher, you plan and lead an activity for the children to keep them occupied. As a teacher assistant, you are the key support that our teachers need to keep children flourishing and you feel amazing knowing the difference you are making!


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation with auto insurance

An associate degree in early childhood education is preferred. Two years of experience in an early childhood program and educational experience with young children would be a plus. Being bilingual is preferred, but not required. Do you love working with children? Can you show empathy while maintaining professional boundaries?
