Assists in developing, implementing and coordinating policies and programs to support employment practices, interviewing and recruiting, HR metrics and data management, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, training and development, employee relations, safety and health administration..


  • Coordinates the maintenance of all manual departmental records
  • Assists in coordinating recruiting efforts
  • Conducts new employee orientation
  • Assists in benefit orientation, enrollment, and change reporting
  • Assists in safety and health administration
  • Assists in the maintenance of the training and development records
  • Types letters, memos and reports from notes or verbal instructions
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


  • Basic computer skills required
  • Read, write, and verbally communicate in English
  • One year experience in the Human Resources field or Administrative field preferred
