DCD Nucar AutoMall of Tilton Nh is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator for it's busy multi-manufacturer Office

This role is meant for a strong professional who seeks to grow within an organization that is
constantly innovating and adapting to the driving forces of the automobile industry.

The Dealership Accounts Payables Administrator ensures the validity and accuracy of accounting functions on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. They receive and pay invoices and work to ensure a timely transfer of all accounting information. They handle financial records, taxes, bank reconciliations, etc. and work in our Dealer Management Systems.

The ideal candidate has dealership experience with a solid grasp of basic accounting principles.
They must be detail-oriented with the aptitude to learn and grow within an expanding organization.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Receives, processes and reconciles vendor accounts. Posts and pays an average of 50-75
  checks daily.
• Reconciles statements and ensures payments are consistent with set schedules.
• Creates strong business relationships with all vendors.
• Completes daily vehicle payoffs and communicates with outside lending sources.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
• Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required and performs other duties as assigned.
