DCD Automotive/BOCH is looking for a Finance Director for our sales team! This person in this position will be responsible for supervising a department of Business/Finance Managers who produce additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new and used vehicle customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years automotive finance experience
• Previous supervisory/management experience is a plus!
• The ability to maintain the profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• An understanding of federal and state guidelines governing the finance operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers, employees and lending institutions.
