A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EARLY CHILDHOOD SPECIALIST
As a bilingual Early Childhood Specialist, you work with child care providers to improve their programs. You focus on building good relationships with them. You coach providers, develop early childhood trainings, and keep up with administrative duties. You love knowing that your efforts contribute to the success and health of providers and their little clients.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overnights when needed
- Must provide own transportation in 11-county service area
Registry level 14 requirements (one of these) preferred:
- Early childhood and youth development or related bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in another field
- Bachelor's degree in another field plus any 2 registry credentials
- Bachelor's degree in another field plus 36 related credits
