If you order our 7 Year Comprehensive Criminal Background Check package, we will run an instant criminal multi-state database search, a national sex offender registry search, social security number trace, alias search, and 7 years of county felony and misdemeanor criminal records. We offer additional products including verification of employment, education, and licenses, credit reports, court records, DOT verifications, motor vehicle reports, and drug tests.
ApplicantPro works with its sister company, ProScreening, to run background checks. You can order and view background checks on your top applicants easily through the ApplicantPro platform. However, because ApplicantPro and ProScreening are separate entities, they will bill separately. All background checks will be invoiced from ProScreening.
On average, a background check is processed and completed in 2-3 business days. Keep in mind that the turnaround time may vary depending on what is included in the report. More in-depth reports containing verifications (employment, education, etc.) can extend the turnaround time, as we rely on responses from employers and/or educational institutions to complete the report.
Your candidate will receive an authorization request email to "authorize" their background check. This process is made quick and easy through our online authorization portal. Learn more about the exact process the applicant goes through when authorizing their background check.
Yes! If the products we quote don't compare to what you are currently running, or if the pricing is more than what you are paying now, simply let us know! A copy of a recent check or invoice from your current provider will allow us to do what we can to give you an apples to apples comparison so we can do our best to give you the best price possible.

Criminal Background Checks
Our Criminal Background Checks are pulled from a number of databases that will paint a complete picture of your applicant's criminal past, if they have one. Build a background check program based on three criminal search tiers, ranging from Basic to Best. The higher the tier, the deeper we dig!

We have Drug Testing Services that will make the drug screening process a breeze. No more back and forth between the clinic and the applicant. Just order the test and we will find a testing center and schedule the appointment for your applicant. The results are sent electronically to our system for you to view.
